About the Retreat
As EFT therapists, we spend our professional lives helping others build safety, connection, vulnerability, and repair.

This retreat offers therapists and their partners the opportunity to experience that same process personally.

Through live online sessions, guided conversations, and small group support, couples will be invited to slow down, reconnect, and deepen their bond through the Hold Me Tight experience.

This is not a training. It is an opportunity to be a participant.
